- Payment data — transaction references and billing dates processed by Paystack. We do not store card details.
- Usage data — courses enrolled, lessons completed, and progress information.

2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Process subscription payments and send billing receipts.
- Track your learning progress and display it in your dashboard.
- Send transactional emails (e.g. password reset, payment confirmation).
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. EarToKeysMusic does not receive or store your card number, CVV, or full payment details. Paystack's privacy policy governs the processing of your payment data.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:
- Service providers — Supabase (database & auth) and Paystack (payments) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal requirements — when required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and progress data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Withdraw consent to data processing where consent is the legal basis.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
