EarToKeysMusic provides an online piano learning platform offering video lessons, structured modules, and progress tracking tools. Access to premium content requires an active paid subscription.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription & Payments
Premium access is available through a monthly subscription billed via Paystack. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method.
- Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform — including video lessons, course materials, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of EarToKeysMusic and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others.
- Download, record, or redistribute course videos or materials.
- Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to circumvent any content protection measures.
- Engage in any conduct that disrupts or damages the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
